A) Payment
1) Payments are accepted by Paypal only.
B) Shipping / Delivery
1) Item will be sent out worldwide (except Israel) in within 3 days after payment cleared except on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays in Malaysia.
2) Item will be sent out via Registered Mail with tracking numbers. Its able to trace shipment to avoid lost in transit.
3) Please allow 7-25 business for item to arrive subjected to Custom Clearance, Public Holidays (if any) at destination country.
4) Notification of dispatch will be email to buyer.
5) Please contact seller immediately if do not receive the item after 25 days.
** All buyers are advisable to check own country's duties & taxes before purchases. Buyers to bear all duties & taxes if any.
C) Return Policy*
1) Buyers are to contact seller in within 7 days prior posting out any items for refund
2) Buyers to bear return shipping charges and item returned must be in good condition.
3) Seller will apply 30% of re-stocking fees and has the right to reject for any items returned are broken or unsuitable for re-sale.
4) Refund = 70% of Item paid - Shipping Cost
5) Please allow for 7 working days for refund after item received and all refunds made through Paypal only.
